Hey all,
I'm Paula, 22 years old, Australian currently living in Sweden. I study and work and have a relatively normal life... But I'm in a relationship with food and it's complicated. I've always been bad but I've been living in Sweden for a year and the crappy weather has only exasperated my romantic affiliation with gastronomy to epic proportions.


My delux bacon burger w/garlic aioli served with oven baked rosemary potatoes potatoes.
 Store purchased sin, couldn't turn my cheek to the prospect of deep fried cheese.
 Hallonvitchokladbullar (Rasberry white chocolate balls). A Swedish adaptation
 Swedish meatballs. Rad. Nuff said.
 My spontaneous lunch, chilli oregano tofu with quinoa and fresh veges. I am capable of healthy dishes too.
 Asian fusion. Honey soy chicken with a lot of ginger and garlic, served on a bed of brown rice.
 ANZAC biscuits
 Creamy rocket, salmon pasta.
 Black forrest oreo cheesecake.
 Things I do on bus rides.
 Cake day!
 Daim cheese cake.
A few other things you should know about me, I'm a fucking genius (blowing my own horn) when it comes to ideas for food ingredients, it's linked deeply with my obsession with food. I can pretty much whip up something from nothing. Just started this blog so I thought I'd post a few pictures of the beautiful things I've created.
